Organization profile
Edit your organization's name, AI name, description, logos and beta participation
The page Organization settings → General → Organization profile holds who your organization is: its name, the AI's name, the description and the logos. It also holds the beta programme and, at the very bottom, the request to delete the organization. You need the permission Manage organization settings.
The fields in the Profile section are saved together with Save at the end of that section.
The defaults for members live where they take effect: web search, image generation, agent mode and example prompts under Chat defaults, the mobile app under App access, new integrations and local MCP servers under Tool policies, required two-factor authentication under Sign-in & SSO and how long chats are kept under Data & retention.
Profile

Both names are required. The organization description holds up to 1,024 characters. Describe your business, your audience or anything else that should shape how the AI talks to your team.
The description is included as context in every conversation of every member. Keep it short and focused on what matters for day-to-day work.
Branding
Upload separate logos for the light display and the dark display. They appear in the header and wherever your organization's branding is shown.
Beta programme
Enterprise organizations can join the beta tester programme with Activate beta access. Your organization then gets early access to features still in testing. Beta features may change or be unavailable at times. You can leave the programme again with Deactivate beta access.
When professional secrecy (§203) is active
If your organization has activated professional secrecy (§203), a notice at the top of the page says so. Only AI models whose provider is covered by the §203 addendum can be used then.
Delete organization
Deleting an organization is permanent and cannot be done self-service. To request a deletion, click Request via support next to Delete organization in the Danger zone. This opens an email to customer support.
Deleting your organization permanently removes all members, data, chats and settings. This cannot be reversed. Contact support only if you are certain.
