Set the maximum chat retention period for your organisation
Control how long chats live before they are deleted automatically across your organisation.
Set the deletion interval
Pick a maximum retention period from the dropdown. Any chat older than that interval is deleted automatically on the next scheduled run.
Individual users can choose a shorter interval in their personal Data Storage settings. They cannot exceed the organisation limit you set here.
The setting applies to the whole organisation as soon as you save. Chats that are already older than the new interval become eligible for the next scheduled deletion run.
