Assign courses to members and track their progress across your organisation
Roll out training and see who has finished it. Learning lets you assign courses to members and monitor completion across your organisation.
Available only when the learning platform is enabled for your organisation. Requires the
learning_assignments read permission.
The section has two tabs: Assign and Progress. What a course looks like from the participant's side is covered under Learning.
Availability and price
The learning platform is a one-time add-on for the whole organisation — not a per-person licence.

Business organisations buy it under Settings → Organisation → Billing. The unlock is permanent and nothing recurs. Purchasing needs the billing permission, which administrators normally hold.
If you are on a trial that includes the learning platform, that access ends when the trial converts to a Business organisation. The add-on can be ordered as part of that conversion, so courses and progress carry over without a gap.
Assign courses
Pick a course from the list to see and manage its assignments. The toggles on the right assign or unassign individual users and groups.
Where the required-courses feature is enabled, you can mark a course as Required. Assigned members must complete required courses, and a member who skips one too many times may be locked out.
Track progress
Select a course to open a per-member progress table:

| Skips | How many times the member skipped the course (shown for required courses only) |
From the progress view you can:
- Download a certificate for a member who has completed the course
- Download all certificates as a single ZIP file
- Reset progress for one member or for everyone at once
