Review active sessions across your devices and add two-factor authentication

See everywhere you are signed in, sign out devices you no longer use, and add a second login factor. It all lives under Settings → Account → Security.

Review your active sessions

Open Settings → Account → Security and find Active Sessions. Each session shows:

  • Browser and device: type and an icon
  • Operating system: Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, or Linux
  • Approximate location: city and country, based on the IP address
  • Last active: when the session was last used

Sign out a single device

Click Sign out next to any session to end it immediately. That device is logged out and has to sign in again.

Sign out everywhere at once

Click Sign out of all sessions to end every session in one step, including the one you are using now. You will need to log in again.

This is worth doing when:

  • You suspect someone accessed your account without your knowledge
  • You signed in on a shared or public computer and want to clear it

Turn on two-factor authentication

For stronger protection, enable 2FA under Settings → Account → Security, in the Two-Factor Authentication section.

Once it is on, every new login asks for a one-time code from your authenticator app. Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, and any TOTP-compatible app all work.
