Security
Change your password, turn on two-factor authentication, and manage active sessions.
This page is where you keep your account safe: change your password, add two-factor authentication, and review the devices signed in to your account.
Change your password
Click Change password to set a new one. Use a strong password you do not reuse on other services.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step at login. On top of your password, you confirm your identity with a one-time code from an authenticator app.
Click Enable 2FA to start setup. You will see a QR code and a set of backup codes.
Save your backup codes before you finish setup. They are the only way back into your account if you lose your authenticator device or uninstall the app. Store them somewhere secure: a password manager, printed paper in a safe, or an encrypted file. Without them, DeutschlandGPT cannot restore your access.
Once enabled, the 2FA status shows as Active. From then on, every login needs both your password and a current one-time code.
Review active sessions
This section lists every device and browser currently signed in to your account. Each entry shows the browser, an approximate location, and whether it is the session you are using right now.
If you lose a device, or after signing in on a shared computer, revoke any session that is not your current one. You cannot revoke your current session from this view.
Sign out
Click Sign out to end your current session. Nothing is deleted: your chats and data stay exactly as they were.
Delete your account
If your account is eligible for self-service deletion, a Delete account button appears at the bottom of this page. Deletion is permanent: all your data is removed and cannot be recovered. You confirm by entering your email address.
