Tags

The Tags page lists the tags on your organisation's GPTs that you can see, with the number of GPTs that carry each one. Personal accounts do not have this page.

The table has the columns Tag and GPTs and can be sorted by either. Use Search tags … to find a tag. The actions for a single tag are in the … menu at the end of its row.

Rename a tag

Choose Rename in the … menu and enter the new name. The tag changes on every GPT in your organisation, and a change of spelling alone (for example PRINT to Print) works too. If the new name already exists, the two tags are merged.

Merge tags

Choose Merge in the … menu, then a Target tag. The tag is replaced by the target tag on every GPT and disappears from the list.

To merge several tags at once, select them in the table and click Merge. Choose the Tag to keep; the other selected tags are replaced by it on every GPT and disappear from the list. The button appears once at least two tags are selected.

Delete tags

Delete in the … menu removes the tag from all of those GPTs at once. To delete several tags, select them and click Delete. This cannot be undone.
