Find, download, and delete files the AI created in your chats
Every file the AI generates in a chat lands here: PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and more.
Each entry shows the file icon, its name, and the date it was created. Use the search bar to filter by name. The ⋯ menu next to a file lets you download or delete it.
A file stays here when you delete its chat yourself. When the chat is deleted by automatic deletion, its generated files are deleted with it, unless another of your chats or shared links still contains them.
Your organisation administrator can restrict file generation through role permissions. If you cannot generate files, contact your administrator.
