Shared Chats
See every chat you have shared, who can open it, and revoke access when you want
Settings → Shared Chats lists every chat you have shared, so you can review and manage all your links in one place. How to share a chat in the first place is described under Share a chat.
Each row shows the chat title, the date you shared it and who can open it: Public link (anyone with the link) or Only my organization. Use the search bar to filter by title.
- Open chat: view the chat as the recipients see it.
- Manage sharing: update the link to include newer messages, change who can see it, or revoke access.
- ⋯ menu: copy the link again.
A revoked link stops working at once and stays listed as Access revoked. The chat itself is not deleted, and you can share it again at any time.
Your organization decides through role permissions whether you may share chats and whether public links are allowed. If you cannot share, or With everyone is greyed out, contact your administrator.
