Settings, Usage answers one question: how much of this month's allowance have I used. It reads your own account and nobody else's.
At the top you pick the period: this month, last 30 days or last 90 days.
Monthly budget
A bar with a percentage, plus the date the count resets. The colour changes as you approach the end: green, amber from 75 percent, red once it is used up.

The card only appears if a monthly budget applies to your account at all.
Daily limits
Three figures that are not about cost but about volume: messages per chat, messages per day and images per day. These come from your plan and are the reason a chat can ask you to start a new conversation.
Usage by model
Which models your consumption went to, as a share. Useful for one thing above all: noticing that an expensive model is doing work a cheaper one would have done just as well.
Usage per day
A bar per day, each showing that day's share of the monthly limit. This chart only exists while a cap applies, because without a cap there is nothing to take a share of.
Code and Cowork are counted separately
Runs in Code and Cowork do not appear here. Each of those two has its own Usage entry in its sidebar, with its own overview. Those overviews are switched on separately by your administrator, because unlike this page they do show an estimated cost.
