Workflows
Build, run and monitor your workflows in the desktop app, with the same visual editor as in the browser
Workflows are also available inside the desktop app. You work on the same workflows as in the browser, with the same visual editor, and every change applies to both. How workflows, nodes, triggers and approvals work is described under Workflows. This page covers what is specific to the app.
The entry appears once your organization has switched Workflows on for the desktop app and your role may use Workflows.
Opening it
Choose Workflows in the product switcher, or press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+W. The sidebar holds the same areas as in the browser: the overview of your workflows, statistics, approvals, templates, budgets and limits, data tables, secret stores and users. Which of them you see depends on your role.
The editor
Opening a workflow shows the visual editor with its canvas, the node settings, test runs, the execution history and the AI assistant. It works as described under Workflow Builder. Copying, pasting and undoing on the canvas use the usual shortcuts (Cmd/Ctrl+C, Cmd/Ctrl+V, Cmd/Ctrl+Z).
Connecting a service
External Integrations in the sidebar, and the link next to a node's connection field, open the app's integrations settings. A service you connect there is available in the editor right away.
