Templates are pre-built workflows you can use as a starting point. They cover common patterns such as processing form submissions, sending notifications, or calling external APIs, so you can get a working workflow running quickly and adapt it to your needs.
Browsing Templates
The Templates page lists all available templates. Templates come from two sources:
- System templates: provided by DeutschlandGPT, available to all workspaces
- Enterprise templates: created within your own organization and shared across your workspace
Filtering
Use the tag filter bar to narrow the list by category. Tags are grouped by type (e.g. trigger type, use case, integration). Select one or more tags to show only matching templates.
Previewing a Template
Click on a template card to open the detail modal. The preview shows the template's name, description, and node structure, so you can understand what the workflow does before creating it.
Using a Template
Click Use Template on a card or in the preview modal. A new workflow is created in your workspace with the template's nodes and edges pre-configured. You are then taken directly to the workflow editor to review and customize the workflow before activating it.
Using a template creates an independent copy. Changes to the original template do not affect workflows you have already created from it.
